Numbers don't mean much if there ain't quality. And yet quality is very difficult to achieve cause

  1. Humans are complex

  2. Humans are in constant state of evolving

  3. Just cause you are authentic, honest, generous, doing right by everyone, compassionate ... doesn't mean everyone will deliver at power with your standards.

💥 So then how do you know XYZ is worthy to be part of your tribe?

In business I use detailed contracts & *The Trust Equation* 👇🏼 |================| | T=(C + R + I) / S | |================| 🎯 Where: T = Trustworthiness 🔥 C = Credibility: relates to our words and is revealed in our credentials and honesty 🔥 R = Reliability: relates to our actions and is revealed by keeping our promises 🔥 I = Intimacy: relates to our emotions; people feel safe talking about difficult agendas 🔥 S = Self-orientation: relates to our caring and is revealed in our focus (us or them?) ✨🌟✨ If a person is focused on self, it is very easy to pick up. And once you have picked this up, hasten to cut chord. . If you are in business, chances are you have been betrayed a few times or will be. No one gets out of business without a few of these. The way I deal with it is if a business associate is in breach of a contract, it automatically moves to my legal team and executed as per laid out in the contract in case of breach of contract. I don't invest emotional energy in these associates who has betrayed me. Chapter closed. . Now all that emotional energy that I have conserved by not engaging in associates who betrayed, I invest in forming new business associates. New dawn. . Most of us tend to do the reverse, invest energy in 'why me?' , 'why does this happen to me?' , 'i did so much for...' , 'this will always keep happening to me' , 'happens to me every X years' , 'i will never trust again' , ' I will run away from anyone who says, 'u hv my loyalty', coz I know this is the person who will break it first' . This leaves you with no energy for *NewAssociations* besides you attract what u program your mind for 🤔. If u are facing betrayal in business, try leverage how I manage energy👆🏼.
