  3. Just cause you are authentic, honest, generous, doing right by everyone, compassionate ... doesn't mean everyone will deliver at power with your standards.

And once you have picked this up, hasten to cut chord. . If you are in business, chances are you have been betrayed a few times or will be. No one gets out of business without a few of these. The way I deal with it is if a business associate is in breach of a contract, it automatically moves to my legal team and executed as per laid out in the contract in case of breach of contract. I don't invest emotional energy in these associates who has betrayed me. Chapter closed. . Now all that emotional energy that I have conserved by not engaging in associates who betrayed, I invest in forming new business associates. New dawn. . Most of us tend to do the reverse, invest energy in 'why me?' , 'why does this happen to me?' , 'i did so much for...' , 'this will always keep happening to me' , 'happens to me every X years' , 'i will never trust again' , ' I will run away from anyone who says, 'u hv my loyalty', coz I know this is the person who will break it first' .
