2022 New Year Wishes

(This was the email I sent out to my tribe this year. In case you have not updated your email ID with me or are yet to join my tribe either ways this post is for you :-))
Dear Treasured 🐝ing of my tribe,
Happy 2022! 🎆🎁🎉🥳🎈🎊
Hope you have had a dazzling count down to 2022!
Trust you have had a great start to this festive season! Fun fact, from 20th November to 26th January every year there are at least 14 different religious holidays.
Am positive like everyone on Earth right now, you are looking forward to an easier smooth sailing 2022 and I share that sentiment with you! Data though has caution as it’s central message for us this year, USA is highly likely to go into recession end of 2022 early 2023, and cause we are all global citizens all nations and economies will feel the heat. I have double checked the data and model, in part that’s what delayed my Season’s Greetings this year to you. Disclaimer, this analysis is not a reflection of the view of any of the organizations am currently part of and is completely a personal endeavor which I do annually as part of planning out the year ahead.
Nope don’t fret, don’t frown.
Am here to tell you that together we can build a Prosperous 2022!

Your mission if you choose to accept it is, and no 😊 this message will not self-destruct so you can come back to it as many times as you need to through out the year 😊, as a leader (yes every one of you is, leadership is not about a title it’s about how you show up every day, in every conversation! It’s an attitude you wear to empower yourself and infect everyone you interact with for the better.) to expect the best and prepare for the worst! In doing so, you do 2 things:
1. Program your subconscious brain to seek the best by being proactive about it:
a. We always have a choice when we are looking at situations, this year consciously choose to be extra positive, no ain’t talking about rose-coloured glasses. You can’t stand in middle of the road and be extra positive that you won’t be hit by a vehicle, that’s rose-coloured glasses. Being extra positive is about trusting and believing in your own abilities like you have never before. #selfBelief
2. 🐝 better prepared just in case you need it:
a. So, if your target is 5 new logo’s as clients for your business extend it to 10 this year.
If you are aiming for a $1B USD business instead extend it to $5B USD and plan accordingly.
Basically, put in twice the amount of work you would have otherwise this year. If you aim for the stars you are bound on land on the Moon at least.
